We did raise a toast, we do think about how your family is coping, and yes we do understand the cartoon 100%.
Love it! Many condolences to Mr Eurodog as well - so sad...
I am misunderstood. Belle would look at me with a profound and adoring gaze as I embarked upon an outpouring of wisdom, as everyone else hurried out of earshot. She listened attentively to my attempts at music-making, when all around the sounds of doors closing could be heard. Her reactions were always sympathetic, and she never raised her eyes impatiently. She was well rewarded for her devotion. Despite her absence, I will carry on, knowing that she is out there still listening.
I am so very sorry for your loss.
It's going to take a lot of getting used to for both of you.
