Darby likes the sand (to dig in), but not the surf!

Snoopy won't even go out in the garden if it is raining! He cowers in the doorway bursting to go for a wee, but just will not go out. He will only paddle under sufferance in the local river in the park and if we are at the seaside, he stands on the beach and runs away if a wave comes in. I do not think surfing would appeal to him!
A great photograph. I often wonder how they encourage dogs onto surfboards, or boats, or anything on the water!
