I received this picture with the caption : "Please adopt me". Dogs like young children suffer from separation anxiety. Destructive behaviour is a sympton of this.

Wow, what a mess. I can't wait to read more.
Goodness me, that is a message. However many of us had dogs and left them every day while we went to work with no trouble.
Poor dog who did that.
I used to work wiht someone who left her puppy for too long and exactly that happened - she gave the dog away and he's now really happy. Thank god.
Mutts just sleeps all day - sometimes I come home and he doesn't seem to have moved all day. But he is 14...
What a trauma!
